latedeals.ie is run from Ireland. Contact us about anything on this page.

Visiting the site

We count page views without cookies or any identifier for you: we record the page address, the day and the website that sent you. We don't record your IP address in our database. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs for security.

Clicking through to a travel company

When you click a deal we record the click (the route, the brand and the day) so we can tell which links work. You then leave our site. The travel company may set its own cookies on its website to track the booking for commission. Their privacy policies apply there.

The weekly email

If you sign up we store your email address, your chosen airport, when you signed up, the consent you gave and when you confirmed. We use it only to send the weekly email. We send through Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), which processes the email on our behalf. You can unsubscribe with one click from any email, and we stop at once.

Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box and confirming by email. You can ask us to see or delete your data at any time.

Contact messages

If you use the contact form we keep your name, email address and message so we can reply. We delete messages 12 months after we answer them.

How long we keep data

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe, then delete it within 30 days. Click and page view counts are kept in totals per day.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
